  • Defensive Strategies Investigative Group was founded by Ben Whtehurst, a former law enforcement investigator with a combined 30 years of criminal and private investigative experience. Ben is a graduate of the North Carolina Police Law Institute and a certificate holder of the the prestigious North Carolina Criminal Investigation Program. He has been awarded the Advanced Law Enforcement Certification and has been a Licensed Private Investigator since 2008. Over the years, Ben has worked with Fortune 100 companies, Government agencies, Local businesses, and Individuals providing investigative services for a variety of case types. His experience in the corporate, legal, and business industries provides a well balanced scale of knowledge and experience in handling courtroom testimony, interviews, surveillance, research, and proper documentation to create clear and accurate reports for his clients.
